What is distinctive about this programme
Two figures we will not assert
Our source dataset flags MEDVi's $399 tirzepatide rate as not appearing on the current GLP-1 landing page, and its $369 oral semaglutide rate as third-party reporting rather than a direct capture. We have imported both as pending rather than reported, which means they do not appear in any ranking or comparison on this site.
That is the correct handling and it is also the useful information: a price that cannot be found on the provider's own page is not a price a patient can rely on. Verify at intake.
Escalating pricing at higher doses
The tirzepatide programme is reported as a refill rate at lower doses reaching $499 at 10, 12.5 and 15 mg. If accurate, that places it among the most expensive compounded programmes in the market at exactly the doses most patients reach — well above brand Zepbound at $449 direct from LillyDirect.
Introductory rates
The $179 first-month semaglutide rate rises to $299 ongoing, and the $249 first-month oral rate to $369. Both are excluded from our rankings, as all introductory rates are.

Is MEDVi the cheapest option?
We will not answer that until the all-in figures are captured for the whole comparison set. A cheapest claim needs a defined comparison group, a stated program type and a capture date, or it is just an adjective.
Is this review sponsored?

Is compounded tirzepatide the same as Zepbound?
No. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved products and there is no generic tirzepatide. Approval of the brand product does not extend to a compounded preparation.
