Tirzepatide is not priced above semaglutide, which breaks the pattern across almost every other provider in this market and makes Found the lowest reported figure for standard compounded tirzepatide anywhere in our dataset.
The prepayment gap is the largest in the market
$169 on twelve months prepaid, roughly $199 on six, and $289 month-to-month. That is a 71% premium for paying monthly — where NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab)'s equivalent gap is 16% and Enhance.MD's is 18%. Found's headline rate is therefore conditional in a way that most published comparisons do not register.
For a patient who has already established tolerance, the twelve-month rate is genuinely the lowest reported compounded tirzepatide price available. For a patient who has never taken a GLP-1, committing twelve months upfront before knowing whether they tolerate it is a substantial bet, and Found's month-to-month alternative is more expensive than most competitors' month-to-month.
Brand pricing routes through a membership
Found's brand offerings all carry a $99 CORE membership: orforglipron at $149 medication becomes $248 all-in, the Wegovy pill $198 becomes $297, the Wegovy pen $248 becomes $347, and the Zepbound KwikPen $348 becomes $447.
Two of those are worth checking against the manufacturer before purchasing. LillyDirect sells orforglipron direct at $149 with no membership, and Zepbound at $299 to $449. Found's dataset entry also lists brand Mounjaro at $1,199 all-in — a retail-level figure, where Zepbound is the identical molecule at $299 to $449 direct.

We will not answer that until the all-in figures are captured for the whole comparison set. A cheapest claim needs a defined comparison group, a stated program type and a capture date, or it is just an adjective.
Is this review sponsored?

Is compounded tirzepatide the same as Zepbound?
No. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved products and there is no generic tirzepatide. Approval of the brand product does not extend to a compounded preparation.
