What to send, by situation

A factual correction. Tell us the page, the specific claim, and what you believe is correct. If you have a source, send it. We reopen our own source, check the capture date, and either correct with a dated log entry or explain why the original stands.

A pricing change. Providers change prices without notice and our capture dates make that visible rather than invisible. If a figure is out of date, tell us which and we will re-capture it.

A provider dispute. Any company named here can contest a fact, a figure or a score. See the right to respond policy for how that works and what it cannot do.

An accessibility problem. Tell us what failed and which technology you were using. These are handled as corrections: dated, logged and fixed.

A data or licensing question. The datasets are CC BY 4.0 and free to use commercially with attribution. If you need something in a different shape, ask.

What we will not do

Remove an accurate finding at a provider's request. Preview coverage before publication. Accept payment, advertising or affiliate arrangements from any company covered here. Or give any provider a route to influence a score.

What we ask of providers specifically

Two things would move most of our records from provider-reported to verified, and both are within any company's gift.

Name your fulfilling pharmacy and its registration class. No provider in our dataset has yet done this, and every pharmacy relationship on this site is consequently unverified.

Publish an all-in price at a maintenance dose — including membership, shipping, labs and any dose surcharge. A company that does this can be compared accurately, which is generally to the advantage of companies with nothing to hide.
