What is distinctive about this programme
Lab testing included is unusual
Enhance.MD's microdose programme is reported as including laboratory testing in the all-inclusive price. Most programmes in this category either omit lab work or leave it ambiguous, and it is one of the fields we mark unverified across almost every provider. An explicit inclusion is worth noting.
Delivery every twelve weeks rather than monthly also changes the practical experience — fewer cold-chain events, larger single shipments.
The microdose caveat applies in full
At 1 mg weekly, this programme sits below every dose used in SURMOUNT. The trials studied 5, 10 and 15 mg, and the effect rose with dose. No trial has measured what 1 mg produces over a trial-length period.
Enhance.MD is at least explicit that the programme is a microdose at a stated milligram figure, which is more than several competitors publish.

At $280 tirzepatide and $212 semaglutide on twelve-month plans, the standard programmes are above the market's lower band. Month-to-month is $329 and $249 respectively. The $280 tirzepatide figure sits just below brand Zepbound's $299 manufacturer-direct starter price, which is a narrow margin for a product without FDA approval.
