What is distinctive about this programme
The omission that matters most
Henry Meds offers tirzepatide as oral tablets only. There is no injectable tirzepatide programme. For a patient searching specifically for compounded tirzepatide, that is the single most important fact on this page, and it is easy to miss on a platform that lists tirzepatide prominently.
No trial has tested an oral or sublingual compounded GLP-1. At $349 a month, the oral tirzepatide programme is priced above brand Zepbound direct from LillyDirect at $299 and well above the approved oral orforglipron at $149.
Paid-in-full pricing moves sharply
Injectable semaglutide is $297 month-to-month, $247 on six months paid in full ($1,482 upfront) and $197 on twelve months ($2,364 upfront). That is a 34% reduction for the twelve-month commitment, and the upfront figures are substantial.
Liraglutide follows the same shape: $179 month-to-month, $149 on six months ($894), $119 on twelve ($1,428). Liraglutide is a daily injection and is meaningfully less effective than semaglutide or tirzepatide — the SCALE programme reported roughly 8% mean reduction against 14.9% for semaglutide and around 20.9% for tirzepatide. It is rarely the right choice on effectiveness, and here it is not dramatically cheaper either.
Sublingual as the entry point
At $179, sublingual semaglutide tablets or drops are Henry Meds' lowest-priced offering. The evidence caution applies in full: no trial has tested a compounded sublingual GLP-1, and how much drug reaches the bloodstream is unpublished.
