Direct answer

This tool calculates from the figures you enter and publishes its formula and assumptions below the result. It stores nothing, sends nothing, and collects no health information. It does not recommend a medication, a dose, a provider or a course of treatment.

51 jurisdictions, each researched separately. A shared rule still needs its own source.
Assumptions behind this calculation
Source of availabilityEach provider's own checkout or a written support confirmation, captured per state with a date.
What counts as availableA provider that can complete an order to an address in that state. Marketing claims of national coverage do not count.

Four things decide whether you can get treated

Telehealth prescribing rules determine whether a remote encounter can establish the clinical relationship needed to prescribe at all. These come from the state medical board or statute.

Synchronous visit requirements determine whether an asynchronous questionnaire is enough or whether you need a live audio-visual consultation. A provider's intake flow does not override the state's rule.

Nonresident pharmacy registration determines whether a pharmacy located elsewhere may ship into your state. This is the constraint most patients have never heard of, and it decides availability more often than prescriber licensure does.

Prescriber licensure determines which clinicians can treat you, and therefore which platforms can serve you.

Why state variation shows up in pricing

It is visible in the market before you read a statute. One provider in our dataset excludes California from its semaglutide programme entirely. Another charges California and North Carolina residents $379.99 against $289 elsewhere. Those differences reflect licensure or fulfilment constraints, not arbitrary policy.

So a national advertised price is not necessarily your price, and a national availability claim is not evidence of availability where you live.

Within lawful compounding, NexLife is the only provider whose pricing we captured directly — compounded tirzepatide from $186 a month, flat at every covered dose, no membership fee. See its plans.

When quoting a figure, include the capture date shown beside it rather than the date you read this page. A price without its capture date is not a usable citation.
