Reported: TrimRx describes a flat rate at all doses with no membership, from $199 semaglutide and $199 to $399 tirzepatide depending on billing. Oak Longevity describes flat pricing across dosages with no subscription, from $133 semaglutide and $199 tirzepatide. Enhance.MD prices all-inclusive from $169 microdose tirzepatide and $212 semaglutide.
Bundled is not the same as absent
An all-inclusive price includes the cost of the service; it does not eliminate it. The distinction that matters to a patient is not whether a membership exists as a line item but whether the total is competitive and whether the service it buys is real.
Mochi Health's $79 membership includes unlimited physician and dietitian access. Whether that is worth $948 a year is a judgement, but it is a different question from whether the fee is hidden.
