Tirzepatide Programs With No Membership Fee

Direct answer

Programmes with no separate membership fee include NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab) (verified, from $145 semaglutide and $186 tirzepatide), TrimRx, Oak Longevity and Enhance.MD (all reported). Programmes that bill membership separately include Mochi Health at $79 a month, Eden at $99 and Hims and Hers at $149 — which roughly doubles some advertised medication prices.

Answer last reviewed: 2026-07-24

Why the membership line matters more than it looks

A membership is not a small add-on in this category. Eden charges $99 a month on top of $99 medication — the membership is half the bill and is required for any medication at all. Hims and Hers charge $149 on top of $149 medication for the oral Wegovy tablet, doubling it. Mochi Health charges $79 on top of $99.

Any comparison ranking on medication price alone therefore ranks these programmes far above where they actually sit. That is the single most common distortion in GLP-1 price comparison, and it is why every figure on this site is a total.

Programmes with no separate membership

Verified: NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab) publishes no membership fee across its programmes, confirmed on its own plan pages — semaglutide from $145, tirzepatide from $186, with flat pricing at every covered dose.

Reported: TrimRx describes a flat rate at all doses with no membership, from $199 semaglutide and $199 to $399 tirzepatide depending on billing. Oak Longevity describes flat pricing across dosages with no subscription, from $133 semaglutide and $199 tirzepatide. Enhance.MD prices all-inclusive from $169 microdose tirzepatide and $212 semaglutide.

Bundled is not the same as absent

An all-inclusive price includes the cost of the service; it does not eliminate it. The distinction that matters to a patient is not whether a membership exists as a line item but whether the total is competitive and whether the service it buys is real.

Mochi Health's $79 membership includes unlimited physician and dietitian access. Whether that is worth $948 a year is a judgement, but it is a different question from whether the fee is hidden. A fee disclosed at checkout and included in a stated total is not hidden. A fee that appears only after intake is.

What to ask

  1. Is there any recurring charge besides the medication, and what is the total?
  2. Is the membership required to receive medication, or optional?
  3. Does the membership continue if I pause treatment?
  4. Is there a first-month discount on the membership that expires? Several programmes charge $39 for month one then $79 or $149 thereafter.
  5. What is the cancellation route for the membership specifically, as distinct from the prescription?

These come from different trials and are not a head-to-head comparison. Durations differ (64 to 72 weeks) and estimands differ. Only SURMOUNT-5 compared two of these drugs directly.

Both $149 products are the least effective approved options in this table. That does not make them bad choices — it makes a price comparison that omits efficacy an incomplete one.

Questions readers actually ask

Which GLP-1 providers have no membership fee?

NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab) is verified as having none. TrimRx, Oak Longevity and Enhance.MD are reported as all-inclusive. Always confirm at checkout.

How much do memberships add?

Between $20 and $149 a month in our dataset. Eden's $99 and Hims and Hers' $149 roughly double their advertised medication prices.

Is an all-inclusive price better?

Not automatically. It bundles the service cost rather than removing it. Compare totals, not structures.
